With the world battling a catastrophic pandemic for over two years, everything that we've known, learnt, assumed and practiced has been challenged. Institutions are crumbling and legacies are being questioned as agility trumps experience. The meaning of words like change and disruption have altered drastically.

For TBWA Asia, the only mindset that allowed them to conquer this change was by playing with it - a simple perspective to celebrate inventive and unstructured thinking, allow room for experimentation, foster team spirit, and re-imagine loss as a skill upgrade. This was the message they wanted to get across to their Asia-Pacific Network during their annual Regional Conference in 2021.
