The brief was to transform GPJ's nearly twenty year old Bangalore HQ into a contemporary and vibrant space, moving away from a dated cubicle-based seating layout to an open office space with much more character, designed to better suit the needs of its inhabitants.

The approach was centred around the idea of 'The Hustle', a space to encourage and complement the youthful energy of a team of dynamic and colourful hustlers. The office spans across approximately 10,000 sq. ft. between two floors, divided into quadrants that each host between one and two departments.

The idea was to create an atmosphere around each team that reflects their passion and efforts towards their work and their clients, and infuse their inherent energy into the space.
